Technical Service Division After sales Engineer (5 people)
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist provincial and regional managers in guiding product sales and sales management in their respective regions, ensuring the smooth completion of various indicators in their jurisdiction;
2. Organize and manage the standardized construction of the sales team under its jurisdiction;
3. Guide and motivate subordinates to build a high-performance sales team to achieve annual performance targets in the province and region;
4. Participate in the planning and construction of human resource management for sales teams in the jurisdiction, provide opportunities for education and training for subordinates, and cultivate and reserve sales management talents;
5. Strengthen basic marketing work, regularly check the weekly visits of subordinates, and promptly respond and handle feedback issues;
6. Understand the sales direction of the product, the sales network of distributors, and maintain the company's pricing system;
7. Communicate and report market product and competitor dynamics to superiors, and propose targeted feasible solutions based on market changes;
Qualification:
1. Between the ages of 25 and 38, with a college degree or above, majoring in marketing, sales management, business administration, and other related fields;
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods enterprises, including more than 2 years of sales team or department management experience;
3. Has certain cross departmental communication and coordination skills and execution ability, has regional sales network and sales relationships, is familiar with marketing work and circulation, KA channels
